POSITION TITLE: Financial Manager.
POSITION DUTIES: Oversee the financial health of the assigned region. Develop financial projections and reports, managing investing activities and ensuring the organization complies with financial regulations. Search market trends to foster growth and increased profitability for the company. Manage production of a retail mortgage region, including management reporting, projections, and budget goals. Establish and achieve sales and budget goals. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, policies and procedures related to mortgage lending. Use in-depth knowledge of N.P. Inc.’s products, policies, and procedures. Establish collaborative partnerships with other business lines within N.P. Inc. Acts as a liaison between N.P. Inc. and other departments. Analyze and blend MBS valuation and risk analysis with empirical analysis of borrower behavior with the mathematical modeling of interest rates and home prices. Apply advanced mathematics modeling and knowledge of machine learning technologies. Develop mathematical methods to mimic the thought process of a loan officer for purposes of making residential and commercial mortgage loans by training machine learning algorithms through feedback-loop methods with GSEs Direct Underwriting Software.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, or Management, or its equivalent and 5 years of employment experience in job offered or related occupation. Experience must include: developing complex mathematical modeling for use in a mortgage lender environment; experience in creating a mathematical frameworks as minimum viable products for approval, preferably modeled in Excel; project managing developers to create and guide development of logic for automated decisioning on loan programs and predictions on direct underwriting systems, create logic for automated underwriting documentation, and write logic for advanced natural language programming script for full automatic CRM systems; knowledge of DTI calculations, SEM worksheets, lender matrices for LTVS, LLPAS, REO calculations in order to streamline residential mortgage loan originations to completion process, using AI technology; knowledge of signrequest, encompass, dialogueflow, uberwriter, Mandrill, MQTT, Mosquitto, Node-Red, and Meridianlink.
